Thanks for being here. These Terms and Privacy Policy cover the Recordfy app and website. We keep this short and plain because nobody needs legal fog while digging for records.

1. User Responsibilities

1.1 Age Restriction:

By using Recordfy, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, please do not use the app.

1.2 Compliance with Laws:

Please use the app in line with the laws that apply where you live.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership:

Recordfy, the app design, the copy, and the software belong to us or our partners and are protected by copyright and other rights.

2.2 License:

You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Recordfy for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Content

Anything you submit still belongs to you. By sending it to us, you let us use it to run, improve, and share the service.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Please do not use the app to do anything illegal, break into systems, or upload harmful code.

5. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep Recordfy useful and reliable, but we cannot promise perfection or accept liability beyond what the law requires.

6. Termination

We may suspend or end access if needed to protect the app, the service, or other users.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the new version replaces the old one.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law, and disputes belong in Berlin, Germany.
